Submit an organisation
Organisations can apply to be included in the database, if they are based in or close to Calderdale and fall into one of the following categories:
- Promoting a leisure activity which is either social, cultural or educational
- Offering a voluntary service of benefit to the local community
Please enter details about your organisation using the form below. Enter your contact details in section 1, and then go to section 2 using the continue button. When you have completed section 2, you can send the form and you will be provided with a summary of the information you have sent. Completing the form will only take a few minutes. Your submission will automatically be sent to the Central Library and will be entered into the database provided it meets our standard criteria for inclusion.
