Accessing information about your child

Information about Privacy Notices to pupils and / or parents and carers summarising the information held about pupils, why it is held, and the third parties to whom it may be passed on.


Bullying

Advice and information about dealing with bullying along with help about who to speak to if you or someone you know is being bullied.


Children with medical needs

The Medical Needs Team are here to support you and your child while they are unable to go to school because of illness.


Early intervention support

Raising a family is the most important job that you can do. The rewards are great but it can be very challenging along the way. At some point, you may need some extra help. We’re here for you! Early Intervention Support Teams are here to help and support you no matter how big or small your problem.


Education Welfare

The Education Welfare Service provides a channel of communication between home and school and between parents and the local authority.


Free school meals

School children of parents or carers who receive support payments may be eligible for free school meals.


Local Offer for children with special needs and disabilities

The central place to access all information about the services and support available to children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities.


School complaint procedure

If you need to make a complaint about a school related issue it is important that you follow the correct procedure.


Virtual School (Children who are Looked After)

The Virtual School plays a key strategic role to make sure that corporate parenting responsibilities of the Local Authority, with regard to the education of Children who are Looked After are met.
