Members:
Our membership fees are £5.00 each year.
Session fees are £3.00, paid on the day.
The first two weeks' "taster sessions" are free.
Meetings:
Mondays at Southowram community centre, Law Lane:
Art group from 1.15 pm to 2.45 pm.
Tai Chi from 3pm to 4pm - led by a qualified tutor.
Tuesdays at St Anne's Church community rooms, Church Lane:
New Age Kurling from 2pm to 3pm.
Southowram Harmony (two-part singing group) from 2pm to 3.15 pm - led by a qualified tutor.
Thursdays at Southowram community centre, Law Lane:
Simple Pilates from 10.35am to 11.35am - led by a qualified tutor.
Thursdays at St Anne's Church community rooms, Church Lane:
New Age Kurling from 2pm to 3pm.
Table tennis from 2pm to 3pm.
We also organise occasional social events and coach outings.

Further information:
SOFA was established in 2011 as part of Calderdale Council's Neighbourhood Schemes. It is mainly for people aged 50+ who live in and around Southowram. It offers a range of fun activities to help promote health and well-being.
