X-PERT Health is a charity who delivers training and products designed to manage diabetes, obesity, heart disease, and other long term medical conditions. Our education can be accessed via courses, handy books or online programmes.
Further information:
We provide free education courses for all people at risk of, or diagnosed with, diabetes leading to increased skills, knowledge and confidence in the prevention and self-management of their conditions.
