Originally started when planning celebrations for Rastrick Library's Centenary in 2012, there is now a group of around 12 active members who meet each month. We are predominantly a research group; some of our members have had books about Rastrick published and they are available to borrow from Calderdale Libraries. Most of our research about Rastrick is available to study in the library and we are currently digitizing items such as photographs and old documents which have been donated or loaned to the group. We welcome any information, however trivial it may seem, from present and past Rastrick residents.
New members are always welcome.
