DEMOLISHED 2ND AUGUST 1982 DELISTED 24TH MARCH 2010 Includes No 51 Church Street and No 12 Dispensary Walk Mid/later Cl9. Stone warehouse. 3 storeys plus a lower one at rear. Slated roofs. Heavy enrichment to front and south return. Rusticated round-arched windows to ground and 1st floors. 2 arched and corniced doorways with carved decoration. Segmental arches to upper windows and bracketted cornice. Curved corners and 2 tiers of loading doors to south return with gabled attics over. South east front also gabled but north east and north sides quite plain.
