Full description:
Farmhouse now house. Early-mid C17, converted to cottages C19, restored c1980. Coursed squared stone, stone slate roof. 2 storeys, 3-bays with 2-bay rear outshut. Quoins. Double chamfered mullion windows. From left: bay 1: ground floor, masked by C20 conservatory (not of special interest) has C20 doorway to right, 3-light window to left, and C20 3-light single-chamfered mullion window above. Bay 2: 4-light window and 2-light fire window under continuous hoodmould with star stop; C20 4-light single-chamfered mullion window above. Bay 3: 3-light window to each floor, ground-floor window with hoodmould. 2 ridge stacks. Rear: outshut on left has stack to eaves to eaves on right. Right bay has a 2-light window to ground floor. Interior: central room has one stop-chamfered spine beam and a stop-chamfered quoined doorway to outshut. One king-post roof truss between bays 1 and 2, the tie-beam having grooved soffit to hold former partition; trenched through purlins.
