Full description:
Former Methodist Chapel. Mid-late C19. Coursed squared stone, Welsh slate roof. 2 storeys 3 x 4 bays. Gable front: chamfered plinth; angle pilasters. Central bay, slightly projecting, has portal: double board door under boarded fanlight in archivolted surround flanked by corniced pilasters with anthemia above. Round-arched sashes with margin-lights with painted archivolts, imposts, relieving arches and projecting cills. 1st-floor cill and impost bands. Machicolated band over central 1st-floor window. Machicolated eaves. Cornice, modillioned at angles where pilasters rise into panelled, corniced dies with pyramidal caps. Cornice breaks forward at centre as base of corniced belfry. Left and right returns: plinth. Round-arched sashes with glazing bars with rusticated voussoirs. Bay set back to north.
Interior: horse-shoe gallery, auditorium now ceiled.
