Full description:
House. Probably mid C17, rear late C18. Coursed stone, squared at rear; stone slate roof. 2 storeys with cellar, 3 + 1 bays. Courtyard front: 3 main bays: quoins to right. Central C20 door in chamfered quoined surround. Double-chamfered mullion windows, of 5 lights flanking door of 3 lights above. Paired gutter brackets. End stack to right. On right, bay of different build linking house to barn adjoining this and Dene House Farmhouse (q.v.): 6-panel door in plain stone surround on left with 2-light double chamfered mullion window (possibly C20) above; passageway on right. Rear: 3 bays central single-storey canted porch with C20 double-door. Windows, in plain stone surrounds, are sashes, those to bays 1 and 3 tripartite with a central 16-pane sash, a 16-pane sash over door. Moulded cornice. Ashlar coping to left gable.
Interior: C18 panelling, cupboards and doors. Early C18 stair, imported (from Kebroyd House), has panelled dado, turned balusters and moulded newel and handrail. Part of a courtyard development.
