Full description:
Farmhouse. Probably early C17. Coursed squared stone, stone slate roof. 2 storeys 2 bays with rear outshut to left bay and another added to right gable, entry in left gable. North-east (garden) front: two windows on each floor with chamfered surrounds and formerly of 2-lights, right-hand ground floor window replaced c1985 by a 2-light window with round-arched lights; straight joint between main house and outshut on right; ashlar coping; finial to left gable; stacks to right end and centre of ridge. Rear: added outshut on left has a door and window; C20 conservatory in angle formed by original outshut and main range not of special interest. Left return: two chamfered doorways, one into outshut on right of plain window opening, the other into house, on left; a central 5-light double-chamfered mullion window to each floor the lights round-headed with sunk spandrels, the mullions hollow-moulded.
Interior: left-hand room has chamfered spine beams; right-hand room reused spine beams and joists and later stone fireplace with deep lintel; large scantling purlin in outshut; one stop chamfered purlin visible on first-floor, others probably hidden.
