Farmhouse. Late C17. Coursed rubble, stone slate roof. 2 storeys, 2 bays. A doorway at either end in added porches. Two double chamfered mullion windows on each floor, on ground floor of 5 and 3 lights, on 1st floor of 6 lights. Renewed central ridge stack. Rear: a 1-light and a 2-light, now 1-light, chamfered window to ground floor.
Interior: stop chamfered spine beams and joists, the spine beams scarf-jointed, indicating presence of former bressumer and firehood. A single pair of purlins.
