Full description:
Three cottages, all now one, and attached barn. Early C19, of 2 builds and incorporating earlier material. Coursed squared stone, stone slate roof. 2 storeys, cottages 1 bay each, barn 3 bays. Quoins to left. Openings have plain stone surrounds, windows with flat-faced mullions. From left: No. 9 has a 4-panel door to right of 1-light window with 2-light window above; No. 10 has a blocked door, now with window, to right of 2-light window with 3-light window above; No. 11 has glazed door to right of a 2-light window on each floor, all mullions removed; stack to left end of each cottage, No. 9's truncated. Barn to right of later build has a round-arched cart entry to left of centre with tie-stones and arched window above; a mistal doorway with tie-stones to each end; inserted window to far left; one round-arched vent above; plain gutter brackets. Rear: barn projects and has opposing threshing door; wing to No. 10; a former 2-light double chamfered mullion window to ground floor of No. 11. Right return has round-arched slit vents.
Interior: strutted queen-post roof trusses to barn.
