2-cottage laithe-house, late C18, which now forms a single residence. Thin coursed hammer dressed stone, stone slate roof. 2 storeys. Quoins. All are thin flat faced mullioned windows with overlapping lintels and sills. 3-light window with same over to 1st floor, 4-light window with same over to 1st floor; gabled porch, segmental arched cart entry with 4-light window over, single light window and mistal door to right hand end. 2 stacks to ridge of house.
