Full description:
Building of uncertain purpose, now unoccupied possibly summerhouse. Door lintel inscribed "E H 1720". Hammer dressed stone, stone slate roof. Single-storey with cellar to south-end. Doorway has cyma moulded surround. To right 2 double chamfered mullioned cross-windows. Quoins. Right hand return wall has small light to cellar and 2 cross windows. Hipped roof to this end. Rear has lateral stack to left of through-passage doorway. Window with chamfered surround. North end has coped gable with chamfered coping and doorway at attic level with tie-stone jambs.
Interior has 2 rooms either side of cross passage. That to north is pigsty. That to south lit by cross window has fireplace with cyma moulded surround.
