House, late C18. Hammer dressed stone, ashlar quoins, stone slate roof. Double-pile. 2 storeys. All dressed stonework projects from the face of the wall. 3-bay symmetrical facade. Doorway with monolithic jambs, pulvinated frieze and triangular pediment. Single-light sash window over to 1st floor. To either side 2-light sashes with plain stone surrounds. Gutter brackets, eaves cornice. 2 stacks to ridge. Interior: Entrance hall has open string stair with paired balusters to each riser with ramped handrail. This is lit by tall stair window at landing level with decorative margin lights. Some 4-panelled doors with raised fielded panels.
