Full description:
House of C17 origin retaining some double chamfered mullioned windows but altered and extended early to mid C19 to form lodge for Kebroyd Hall (q.v.). Hammer dressed stone, slate roof. Double pile. 2 storeys. Quoins. Twin gables to front with tall 3-light flat faced mullioned windows to each floor.That to right has 4 lights, all with leaded lights. Coping, kneelers and ball finials. Rear wing has 4-light double chamfered mullioned window to each floor. 2 lateral stacks. Attached to left hand end is barn at right angles with segmental arched cart entry to front. Right hand return wall has coped gable with ball finials. Attached to side walls of barn are tall hammer dressed stone walls with corner turrets. Large entrance gateways with semi-circular arches, expressed keystone, hoodmould and triangular open pediment surmounted by ball finial.
