Full description:
House, mid C17 with single aisle and attached early C19 barn. Thin coursed hammer dressed stone, rendered in parts, stone slate roof. 2-cell house with 2-storey front and single-storey aisle to rear. South east front has chamfered mullioned windows: 4-light window with 3-light window over to 1st floor; 5-light housebody window, 2-light fire-window with 3-light window over to 1st floor. Quoins at junction of barn which has segmental arched cart entry. Rear has 2 chamfered mullioned windows of 2 lights to aisle which both lack mullions. Evidence for 2 gable stacks (now gone). Interior has scarf-jointed spine-beam, evidence for former bressumer, and close studded wall to 1st floor at arcade plate point at junction of housebody which is open to aisle. The girding beam is groved to the soffit. King-post truss. Barn obscures original gable entry next to fire-stack.
