Full description:
Late C17 3-cell house extended in 1736 to form another 3 cells and 1st floor windows altered. Thin coursed hammer dressed stone, stone slate roof. Long range under single roof. C18 house to left hand end. 2 storeys. Quoins, coped gables with moulded kneelers. 3 bays of flat faced mullioned windows of 4 lights, 4 lights and 3 lights with to 1st floor 4 lights, 2 lights and 3 lights. Set between 2nd and 3rd bay doorway with staight lintel and chamfered surround inscribed "IS 1736" , protected by gabled porch. Remains of quoins mark division of earlier house which has 3-room plan with double chamfered mullioned windows to ground floor of 3 lights, 4 lights and 3 lights with flat faced mullioned windows of 4 lights to 1st floor. 3 inserted cottage doorways with monolithic jambs. Outshut to rear of this range probably added in 1736. 4 stacks to ridge.
