Full description:
Toll-bridge, now free of tolls. Dated and initialled 'R. K. D. Esq. 1831 J. H. Mason'. Built by Richard Kennett-Dawson. Rusticated stone to bridge of 2 segmental arches with projecting keystones (one with date) and angled breakwater with tapering piers above in centre. Added to this is thin coursed stone parapet and land arch to both sides c1860 with rusticated band and capping.
