Full description:
Laithe house. Late C18. Hammer-dressed stone, stone slate roof. Originally a handed-pair of 2-storey cottages. Right hand door now window. To ground are a 3-light and 2-light mullioned window (both with mullions removed). A projecting sill band to first floor windows of 3, 2, and 4 lights (some mullions removed). Stone-gutter brackets in pairs. Gable stacks. Barn to right has 3-centred arched-headed with 2-light mullioned window over. Roof rises to a higher point and is gabled with copings.
