Full description:
House. Mid C19. Vernacular Revival. Hammer-dressed stone, stone slate roof. 2 storeys. Double-pile on plan under 2-span roof. Double gabled frontage. Symmetrical. Quoins, coped gables with kneelers. Gabled porch has depressed Tudor arched lintel, impost and ball finials. To either side chamfered mullioned windows of 4 lights with hoodmould to each floor. Lateral stacks. Rear has similar windows to 1st floor with outshut built into hillside, probably to house cellars. A building associated with Stansfield Hall (q.v.).
