Former Lodge to Rastrick house. Early C19. Dressed stone, slate roof. Early C19. Single storey 3 bay front has weathered plinth and moulded eaves cornice with blocking course. Central bay has doorway, outer sash windows with projecting sills. Hipped roof with central stack. 2 storey rear and side with single window in return walls.
