Including Nos. 53 and 55 Crown Street. Mid/later C19. Stone corner building in mixed style. 3 storeyed plus another in slated roof. Piers and entablature (now painted) to ground storey with modern shops. Upper windows grouped in three's plus one to canted corner. Round arches to 1st floor. Carved and incised decoration. Round topped dormers breaking panelled parapet. Included for group value. (Nos. 4 to 10 (even) together with Nos. 45 to 55 (odd) Crown Street form a group).
