Mid/later C19. Classical. Stone, corner building of 4 storeys plus another in slated roof. 5 windows. Rounded corner with blocked entrance and 3 windows plus double opening to east return in Princess Street. Rusticated and arcaded ground storey with enrichment. Entrance with adjoining passage-way to west. 1st floor windows with segmental pediments on brackets. Corniced windows above. Bracketted crowning cornice with balustrade broken by shaped dormers.
