Full description:
C17 and earlier. Traditional stone house. Front now painted and roof slated. Single-storeyed centre with 2-storeyed cross wings, gabled to south. Of later build and at lower level to north. Centre has large, 5-light mullioned and transomed window and smaller opening with altered glazing above arched doorway. Both openings have label mouldings. South wing has 2 altered mullioned windows and later doorways. North wing has pair of mullioned windows to each storey and later entrance. Outbuildings. Interior of centre (not inhabited at time of revision) has interesting heavy timber framing etc and coved canopy at upper end. Upgraded to II* 21.08.1981
