Circa 1856. Stone retaining walls with parapet, and balustrade and flight of steps to east. Large carved later urn of white marble centre on stone pedestal. (People's Park. Designed by Sir Joseph Paxton. A remarkably successful and complete layout. All the main items are graded II* because of their group importance. All the listed buildings in Park Road form a group.)
