(Formerly listed as No. 148 Upper Woodhouse). C17. Traditional 2-storeyed stone house with stone roof. East end built into hillside below road. 6-light mullioned and transomed upper window to altered south front. Western part added or reconstructed with stone-framed windows. Later porch. Lean-to at rear and addition to west.
