Toll-house, c1830 for Hebden Bridge and Lees Turnpike Road, now single cell cottage. Hammer-dressed stone, ashlar quoins, stone slate roof. 2 storeys. Doorway with interrupted jambs to right of 2-light flat faced mullioned window with projecting sill. Same over to 1st floor. Gable stack.
