As Stretch classes are designed to lengthen the entire body, your posture awareness will improve within weeks and continue to strengthen.

Session Details


The warm up is an important part of the class to reduce the risk of injury, so please arrive on time.

Please inform the instructor if you have any injuries or medical conditions, or if your medical condition changes.

Participants must be 14 years and over.

Correct footwear and unrestrictive clothing must be worn.


If you are unable to attend, please cancel your booking via your online account or contact the relevant site before the class is due to start so your place can be re-issued.

Bookings can be made 8 days in advance either Online, or at reception.
