The beginners running club is an fun, outdoor, instructor led session suitable for people wanting to learn and improve their running skills. It improves running style and breathing techniques.
You do not need to have any previous experience in running and is aimed at people who are wanting to introduce a social running class to their exercise regime. It is an aerobic conditioning class aimed at increasing fitness and burning fat.

The warm up is an important part of the class to reduce the risk of injury, so please arrive on time.
Please inform the instructor if you have any injuries or medical conditions, or if your medical condition changes.
Participants must be 14 years and over.
Correct footwear and unrestrictive clothing must be worn.
If you are unable to attend, please cancel your booking via your online account or contact the relevant site before the class is due to start so your place can be re-issued.
