The warm up is a very important part of the class. It reduces the risk of injury, so please get to the class on time.
Please tell the instructor if you have any injuries or medical conditions (or if a condition changes).
For this class you must be 14 years old or over.
The right footwear and clothing must be worn.
Please cancel your booking if you are not able to attend. You can do this with your online account or contact the site before the class is due to start. Your place can then be given to someone else.
