Use Find My Past to trace your family history. You can use the website free of charge at the following libraries:

Find My Past includes Census returns, the 1939 Register and a wide range of other databases. These include those relating to births, marriages and deaths, military ancestors and migration, see: Find My Past

Please phone the library you wish to use, book in advance to ensure access at a time of your choice. Once in the library, please speak to a member of staff, who will log you on to the site.

Please note that the British Newspapers 1710 – 1953 are not available as part of the library subscription.
