National Performance Tables

The Department for Education (DfE) Performance Tables allow parents to compare results achieved in schools and colleges in Calderdale and compare Calderdale's overall results with England averages.

The tables also show the percentage of children with Special Educational Needs, levels of authorised and unauthorised absence, school workforce and finance information.

School statistics

There are 36,274 pupils on roll at 99 academies and local authority (LA) maintained schools in Calderdale. These break down to 85 primary and 13 secondary academies and schools, plus one all through academy.

These indicators were collected from the School Census in January 2017. They include the number of pupils on roll, free school meal eligibility, special educational needs and ethnic breakdown.
