Please note that you may only apply for Home to School Transport assistance for the 2018/19 academic year.
Any application received for September 2019 will not be processed.
You will need to reapply for the September 2019 start of term, after the allocation of school places on:
- 1st March 2019 for Secondary school;
- 16th April 2019 for Primary School.
It is your responsibility to make sure that your child attends school. Although, there are circumstances where we have a duty to assist you.
These are outlined in the relevant Home to school transport policy .
Note: Transport assistance lasts for one academic year. To reapply, please complete a new application.

Replacement bus passes
Lost bus passes
Has your child has lost their MyBus or free school bus pass? you can get a replacement from West Yorkshire Combined Authority (WYCA). Please note: There is a charge for this service.
To replace a lost pass, phone: 0113 348 1122 and pay using your credit or debit card.
Defaced bus passes
Important note: Bus drivers can confiscate your child's pass, if it is not clear or looks tampered with.
If your child's MyBus or Free School bus pass is defaced, for example it has been through the washing machine. It is your responsibility to get a replacement from WYCA. Please Note: There is a charge for this service.
