Upper Valley Forum

The Council’s Neighbourhoods Team is an exciting initiative to help target services, by tackling a variety of issues raised by local residents and responding to local community concerns.

The Upper Valley Neighbourhood Team covers Calder, Luddendenfoot, Ryburn and Todmorden Wards.

The team acts as a link between the Council, local people, voluntary and community organisations and our partner agencies, including: Neighbourhood Policing Team and Town / Parish Councils.

Back issues of Upper Valley Neighbourhood News

Issues recently raised

At each ward forum meeting there is an item on the agenda where residents can raise matters of local concern. This is the "Open Forum". If the questions cannot be answered in the meeting, the Neighbourhood Team will take the issues away and ask colleagues and partners. An information sheet is produced ("You asked") for the following Ward Forum meeting with answers to those questions raised. If it matters to you, it matters to us!
