Place Scrutiny board

The Place Scrutiny Board looks at issues within a broad remit. This can involve looking at the work of the council in these areas and the work of partner agencies/organisations. The board can offer advice or make recommendations on policy development to the Cabinet or Council. It can also look at the decisions of Cabinet and ask them to reconsider, if appropriate. They may also make recommendations to partner agencies, in certain circumstances.
