Creating a new future for the Threeways Centre - Community Consultation

Work is underway at securing a future for the community centre at Threeways for residents of North Halifax. The centre had to close in March 2020 when despite the efforts of local people, running such a large building became unsustainable and ownership came back to the Council. Since lockdown started the charities in the centre have continued their valuable work and the foodbank there has been helping many families to get by in these difficult times.

Calderdale Council is currently undertaking a review of the Threeways site, Nursery Lane, Halifax HX3 5SW.
The Council is now looking at how the whole site can be made safer, easier to run and affordable for the future. As part of this we would like to hear your views on the future of the site and therefore we would be very grateful if you would take the time to complete this questionnaire.
Once we have received your feedback we will then use this to develop proposals for the site. Following this we will then come back to you for your thoughts / views on these.

Whilst we are asking you to complete this questionnaire we are also happy to receive written responses regarding your thoughts on the future of the site. If this is your preference then please send your response to the following email address: paul.rhodes@Calderdale.gov.uk or by post to: Paul Rhodes, Regeneration & Strategy, Princess Buildings, Halifax HX1 1TS
