If you need to obtain replacement batteries for your hearing aid, or arrange for your hearing aid to be repaired or serviced, there are several ways you can do this.

Open access hearing aid clinics are offered at: Calderdale Royal Hospital; Todmorden Health Centre; Brighouse Health Centre; Beechwood Health Centre, Ovenden; Ellen Royd Clinic, Elland; Allan House, Sowerby Bridge; Valley Medical Centre, Hebden Bridge.

You can request replacement batteries by post, by sending your hearing aid record book to the Audiology Department at Calderdale Royal Hospital. There is no need to send your old batteries. Your new batteries and your record book will be returned by post.

Alternatively you can take your batteries or hearing aid to one of the pick up points at: Todmorden Health Centre; Valley Medical Centre, Hebden Bridge; Allan House, Sowerby Bridge; Council offices, Elland; Brighouse Health Centre; Beechwood Health Centre, Ovenden; Keighley Road Surgery, Illingworth. You can normally collect your batteries or hearing aid within 2 working days.
