Description

We provide Social Care and Health support services to people in their own environment. We will give you care that is tailored to you and responds to your personal needs.

Our workers are thoroughly competent in supporting people with Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) and associated conditions. As a result, our skilled workers can provide enabling care as well as short or long term support for clients. We offer help with a variety of needs such as daily living skills, social interaction, confidence building, emotional support and advocacy.
