This service provides information and advice about making a claim for council tax benefit, housing benefit, local housing allowance and free school meals.

The Charging Assessment Team provides advice about charges and financial help with the costs of residential and nursing care, and home care.

You can get help in the following ways. You can use the telephone helpline. You can send a letter, email or fax. You can visit in person during the advertised opening hours. You can request a private interview or make an appointment. You can also request a home visit.

You can submit claims and supporting documents at these council offices
