Combined barn and warehouse with upper floor weaving shop. Early C19 hammer-dressed stone, stone slate roof. 3-storey with mistal in basement to right hand end. Round headed barn entry. First floor has 2 square windows with projecting sills. Second floor has impressive 14-light window (4 lights solid) with continuous sill. Stone gutter brackets. Left hand return wall has taking in door blocked to a window. Coped gables.
