Description: Completion of a Preliminary Flood Risk Assessment (PFRA) is a statutory obligation arising from the Flood Risk Regulations 2009 (the Regulations). This report has been written with reference to the Regulations and also the Final PFRA Guidance, published by the Environment Agency in December 2010. The purpose is to assess surface water flooding risk through readily available information about past and future flooding obtained from a data collection exercise.
