Terms and conditions

Please read the following before submitting a listing to Calderdale Council for inclusion in the Social Care and Wellbeing Hub.

1. Your service, organisation, product or event must be aimed at local people who consider themselves to be in one or more of the following groups:

Adults with learning disabilities and their carers
Adults with mental health needs and their carers
Older people and their carers
Adults with physical disabilities and sensory impairments and their carers
Vulnerable adults and their carers

2. Your service, organisation, product or event must provide care or support in one or more of the following areas:

Advice and advocacy
Education, training and work
Health and wellbeing
Help at home
Money matters
Neighbourhood and community
Sports and leisure
Staying safe
Travel and transport
Your home

3. The Social Care and Wellbeing Hub includes listings for Council services, NHS services, private businesses, voluntary and community groups. You do not need to be a Council approved, contracted or preferred provider to submit details of your services and products.

4. Calderdale Council cannot accept listings which are submitted by political organisations. By this we mean an organised group of people with at least roughly similar political aims and opinions, which seek to influence public policy.

5. Calderdale Council will not accept listings which are malicious, defamatory or abusive in content, or which contravene the Council's Equality and Diversity Policy
