Joint strategic needs assessment
Improving our picture of Calderdale's health and well being
Calderdale Council and Calderdale Primary Care Trust are working closely together to improve our understanding of the future health and well-being needs of the District's residents. We are doing this through a Joint Strategic Needs Assessment (JSNA)
Our first stage is the production of a "Dialogue Document". We are seeking views on this Document from service commissioners and providers, stakeholders and different communities across the District. It will also be discussed at Area Forums and in all the partnership boards which focus on specific groups of people.
