We’d like your opinion so you can help us improve the services we provide.
Calderdale Council is bound by legislation to follow a set of rules when contracting with organisations to provide services. We have to advertise each contract to make sure there is fair competition and to show that our process is open and transparent.
We will be asking people who use services and their carers to tell us what they think of the services we provide when each contract is due to be re-advertised so we know if we need to make any changes for the future.
You will find copies of any of our surveys that you can complete, dates of any consultation meetings and feedback from surveys that have been carried out. You can also find out up-to-date information about how things are progressing and what the next steps are.
