We are changing the way we deliver adult social care to make sure we put people first. A range of services are being put in place which will offer you more choice and control over how you receive support.
These films are to tell you about the new services and how you can access them. They also tell you about how you can get involved in the Disability Partnership or take part in the many activities developed by neighbourhood schemes.
The films have closed captions (subtitles) and audio descriptions which you can turn on and off using the “CC” and “AD” buttons.
A DVD of these films is available which includes translations in:
- British Sign Language
- Polish
- Urdu
