If things go wrong, please tell us

Our aim is to provide quality services first time, however, if we fail we will apologise and put things right as quickly as possible. 

In the first instance you should speak to the person or their line manager responsible for delivering the service.  If they are unable to resolve your concerns it is your right to formally complain.
