Adult placement schemes

Adult Placement Schemes provide flexible daytime services and overnight care for adults. Care is provided by ordinary people and families who have been very carefully selected, approved and trained to provide short breaks in their own homes or in your home. These people are known as Adult Placement Carers.

Advocacy

If you find it difficult to speak to professionals and organisations, there are local groups who may be able to support you.
