Eligibility framework

Introduction

The four eligibility bands are:

• Critical
• Substantial
• Moderate

The wording of these bands has been determined by the government.

Calderdale Council will aim to meet the assessed needs of people who meet the eligibility criteria within the critical, substantial, and moderate bands.
