Home Care Managers
A Home Care Manager or a Home Care Team Leader will visit you so that a Home Care Plan and risk assessment can be completed. You will also be given a booklet explaining the Home Care Service.
Afterwards, you will be visited each year to check the quality of the service you receive.
Types of care provided
Services range from helping people to get out of bed, toileting, dressing, making meals, medication, incontinence tasks, bed changing, bathing and shopping.
The Home Care Service is available between 7am and 10pm. We do our best to meet your preferred times but this is not always possible due to the high demands on the service.
